VIDEO: HARPOONED SOUL

LYRICS: HARPOONED SOUL

Where is my Father? Where is my mother?
I have fallen and can’t wake up
Lying on my back
Falling through the cracks
Feeling angel’s teardrops
Fall right through me
That I was blind to see
While rushing on the push off

Demonic puppeteers stirred shit
Cooking up black magic
Trying to make sense of my last turn
Standing in the mirror
Watching my blue eyes disappear
Feeling the rush crash and burn
Am I dead or alive?
Staring out of the needles eye
At a harpooned soul bloodied and torn

Stapled heart to the floor
Lost in shadowed corridors
Nobody hears my silenced screams
Drinking black poisoned tears
Feeling demons lick my ears
Sinking within the drugs teeth
Losing sanity in this asylum
As a living breathing coffin
Will I ever be let free?

Demonic puppeteers stirred shit
Cooking up black magic
Trying to make sense of my last turn
Standing in the mirror
Watching my blue eyes disappear
Feeling the rush crash and burn
Am I dead or alive?
Staring out of the needles eye
At a harpooned soul bloodied and torn

Where is my brother?
Where is my sister?
Sorry for the tears you cry?
Why wasn’t love enough?
Why did I just lose touch?
Hell bound here now I lye
Questioning was the rush worth it?
By pushing the limits
And forgetting to open my eyes to life
By not keeping an eye on its prize
